煤炭在我国能源结构中占据重要地位。传统煤炭开采存在安全隐患与效率低下的问题。智能化矿山建设通过融合人工智能(AI)与物联网技术,显著提升煤矿的自动化、智能化水平,有效减少安全事故,提高生产效率,助力煤炭行业的绿色转型。在安全方面,AI与物联网可以通过传感器实时监测矿井中的瓦斯浓度、温湿度、气体等环境参数,并通过大数据分析与深度学习技术,提前预测潜在的安全风险。借助物联网与AI的结合,能够实时检测设备状态,预测故障发生并进行预防性维护,从而减少事故发生。随着AI、大数据、区块链等技术的进一步融合,矿山的智能化水平将不断提升,煤炭行业的可持续发展将得到有力推动。
Abstract:Coal holds an important position in China energy structure. Traditional coal mining faces issues such as safety hazards and low efficiency. Through integrating artificial intelligence(AI) and internet of things technologies, the construction of intelligent mine significantly enhances the automation and intelligence level of coal mine, effectively reduces safety accidents, improves production efficiency,and supports the green transformation of the coal industry. In terms of safety, AI and internet of things can monitor environmental parameters such as gas concentration, temperature, humidity, and gas levels in real-time through sensors. By leveraging big data analysis and deep learning techniques, potential safety risks can be predicted in advance. Aided by the combination of internet of things and AI, allows for real-time monitoring of equipment status, forecasting potential failures, and performing preventive maintenance to reduce accidents. With the further integration of AI, big data, blockchain and other technologies, the intelligence level of mines will continuously improve and the sustainable development of the coal industry will be strongly promoted.
