液压支架导向套柔性制造生产线设计与优化

摘要:

针对液压支架导向套传统制造模式效率低、柔性差的问题,设计了一种基于柔性制造技术的智能化生产线。该生产线采用线性布局方式,以双Z轴桁架机器人作为导向套物流转运设备,负责整个线体各工序及各工位的上下料。通过使用上下料双层输送线料仓、翻转打标机构、3台数控车床和1台立式加工中心,以及自动刀补技术,实现了导向套柔性自动化加工及快速换产。通过对导向套柔性制造生产线进行工艺优化,其生产效率得到较大提升。

Abstract:

Absrtact: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor flexibility of the traditional manufacturing mode of hydraulic support guide sleeves, an intelligent production line based on flexible manufacturing technology was designed. This production line adopts linear layout, with double Z-axis truss robot as the guide sleeve logistics transfer equipment, which is responsible for the loading and unloading of each process and each station of the entire line. By using loading and unloading double-layer conveyor line silo, flip marking mechanism, three CNC lathes and one vertical machining center, as well as automatic tool compensation technology, the flexible automatic processing of the guide sleeve and rapid production changeover were realized. Through the process optimization of the flexible manufacturing line of the guide sleeve, the production efficiency of the production line has been greatly improved.
