为解决液压支架结构件制造过程中人工焊接效率低、焊接质量差的问题,提出了一种人机协作焊接模式。首先,通过不同部位焊接试验,探索不同焊缝的最优焊接参数,建立了协作机器人焊接工艺数据库。其次,将人工与机器人焊接空间相结合,打造协作机器人焊接样板间,开发人机协作分配规划模型,建立适用于液压支架结构件焊接的人机协作模式。经多批次产品验证,焊丝消耗量由45 kg/班提高到79 kg/班,焊接效率提高75.6%。该研究对推进液压支架结构件焊接智能化具有重要的参考价值。
Abstract:To address the inefficiency and substandard quality of manual welding in hydraulic support structural component fabrication, a human-robot collaborative welding mode was proposed. Firstly,welding experiments on different joints identified optimal welding parameters of different weld seams,and a collaborative robot welding process database was established. Secondly, by integrating manual and robotic workspaces into a collaborative robot welding demonstration workshop and developing a human-robot collaborative task allocation planning model, a human-robot collaborative mode suitable for welding hydraulic support structural components was established. Validation across multiple production batches show that welding wire consumption rose from 45 kg to 79 kg per shift, while welding efficiency increased by 75.6%. This study provides important reference value for advancing intelligent welding of hydraulic support structural components.
