针对目前煤矿井下单轨吊的驱动和轨道系统中存在的结构复杂且效率低等问题,研发了一种适应于井下复杂工况的新型单轨吊驱动和轨道装置。将在Solid Works建立的驱动和轨道的三维模型,分别导入ANSYS Workbench和ADAMS软件中进行静力学和动力学仿真。结果表明,驱动和轨道装置在不利工况下的总变形量和等效应变较小,设计满足使用要求;随机车轨道坡度的增加,机车所需扭矩相应增大,机车在0~30°坡度轨道上可正常运行,大于30°时需要采取一定的措施,避免发生意外事故。
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of complex structure and low efficiency in the drive and track system of coal mine underground monorail crane, a new type of monorail crane drive and track device adapted to the complicated underground working conditions has been developed. SolidWorks was used to build3 D models of the drive and track devices, which were imported into ANSYS Workbench and ADAMS software for static and dynamic simulation. The results show that the total deformation and equivalent strain of the drive and track device under unfavorable working conditions are small, and the design meets the requirements of use; as the slope of the locomotive track increases, the required torque of the locomotive increases accordingly. It can operate normally on the slope track at 0 ~30°. When it is greater than 30°, certain measures need to be taken to avoid accidents.
