电源分断操作机构是防爆控制箱的组成部分,其抗振性、可靠性、安全性对岩巷掘进机及其防爆控制箱的稳定运行有着至关重要的影响。岩巷掘进机工作环境恶劣、振动大、停送电频繁,现场应用中常出现断路器分断机构损坏、操作机构断裂等现象。通过分析电源分断操作机构的故障原因,优化了控制箱内元部件紧固工艺,改进了断路器分断机构与操作机构配合一致性,设计了停送电上锁操作机构,提高了控制箱电源分断操作机构的可靠性。
Abstract:The power division operation mechanism is an integral part of the explosion-proof control box, and its vibration, reliability and safety have a vital impact on the stable operation of the rock roadway roadheader and its explosion-proof control box. The working environment of the rock roadway roadheader is harsh, the vibration is large and the electricity is stopped frequently. The phenomenons of the damage circuit breaker division mechanism and the broken operating mechanism often appear in the on-site application. By analyzing the cause of the fault of the power division operation mechanism,optimized the fastening process of the control box component, improved the consistency of the circuit breaker division mechanism and the operating mechanism, and designed the stopping and supplying power lock operation mechanism, which increases the reliability of the control box power division operation mechanism.
