介绍了利用有限元软件ANSYS进行接触分析的基础知识,一般流程及相关要点。以曲轨卸载装置为例,建立了其有限元模型,分析了轮轴与曲轨之间的接触压力,指出了在分析过程中要注意的问题,为曲轨卸载装置的后续工作提供了有价值的参考。
Abstract：Introduces some basic knowledges, general flow chart and relative points of using finite element software ANSYS to carry out contact analysis. Taking the device of rail unloading as an example, creates its finite element model, analyzes the contact pressure of wheel and rail, and points out to some attentive problems during the process of analysis. All these works are very valuable to the later work of rail unloading device.
