针对煤矿带式输送机人工巡检模式存在的检测效率低、检测结果不确定和劳动强度大的问题,研究了基于巡检机器人的带式输送机智能监测系统。在分析该系统功能需求的基础上,提出了系统的整体架构,并进行了系统软件和硬件设计。该系统可实时检测设备运行环境的CO、CH4等可燃气体,同时还能通过图像监控实现带式输送机运行状态监测和故障诊断功能,对于带式输送机智能运维和提高运行效率具有重要意义。
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low detection efficiency, uncertain detection results and high labor intensity that exist in the manual inspection mode of coal mine belt conveyor, an intelligent monitoring system for belt conveyor based on inspection robot was studied. On the basis of analysing the functional requirements of this system, the overall architecture of the monitoring system was proposed, and the system software and hardware designs were carried out. This system can detect the combustible gases such as CO and CH4 in the operating environment of the equipment in real time, and can also realize the function of belt conveyor operation status monitoring and fault diagnosis through image monitoring,which is of great significance for the intelligent operation and improvement of the operation efficiency of the belt conveyor.
