以ZY15000/26.5/55D型液压支架为研究对象,利用有限元软件对支架在顶梁和底座两端加载、扭转加载等7种工况下的受力情况进行应力分析,得出了支架在不同工况下的应力规律,对支架选材及结构优化提供了理论依据。
Abstract:Taking ZY15000/26.5/55D hydraulic support as the research object, stress analysis was carried out by using finite element software under 7 working conditions, including loading at both ends of the top beam and base, and torsional loading. The stress laws of support under different working conditions were obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for material selection and structural optimization of the support.
